The CEO, the founder, or whatever fancy title I am supposed to wear, that’s me: Cécilia Pellet-Many
I won’t say it isn’t pleasant to introduce myself as the one who (re)thinks strategies and teaching methods, letting people picture me presenting solutions and innovations to the public, fueled with passion, as if Steve Jobs had been in the education business, but evidently, it isn’t the full scope of my work.
As in numerous small companies, this great CEO, delivering breath-taking speeches, offering life-changing trainings, and creating ground-breaking teaching material… is also the one prospecting, negotiating contracts and dealing with the mail. She also books conference rooms, selects and orders supplies. You could even find her delivering gifts or cutting and laminating cards…
But I am not alone on the boat so let me introduce you to the team, the real one, the one I treasure and thank with all my heart for supporting me (in every sense 😊) and answering all my ideas from the most extravagant to the most ingenious, with the professionalism and the readiness expected by the demanding and adrenaline-junkie entrepreneur that I am.
THE DREAM TEAM
They always come forward and back me up with … let’s say with everything. They are my life savers (especially the personal one), my angels behind the scenes. We never thank these people enough and you might never meet them but without them, nothing would be possible.
Whole-hearted thanks to my Educational Program Designer Miranda Lee and my life-partner for their time, their everlasting support and unlimited patience with their workaholic, although truly loving boss and partner.
Everybody should have the chance to meet their « business half ». Someone with whom ideas keep coming and within a 4 hour-window, you’ve build an entirely new project. Boom !
That person for me is Yassine Aychoubi, an incredible film-director and editor specializing in visual effects, owning that unique hand, making his work recognizable.
Thanks for this creative effervescence, for putting your talent at the service of Hackcent and just for being there for me.
And thanks to all my fellow entrepreneur friends with whom discussions help me consider new approaches and bring you innovative linguistic programs.
Creatives shaking up standards and bursting with new ideas, that’s exactly what I was looking to translate into images and videos Hackcent’s energy and innovative spirit.
Big thumbs up to the advertising agency Waouh and the production company Amplio for offering me the creative space I need, and for transforming these ideas into fabulous projects.

Summer 2018. He offers free counseling to an entrepreneur to-be and becomes without knowing it yet the first to ever collaborate on what’s to become Hackcent.
So it was without a hint of hesitation that I chose him when it was time for Hackcent to grow and we needed an accounting firm.
